Job Description:
As a Patent and Research Associate at Ennoble IP, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive patent searches, analyzing technical and scientific literature, and preparing detailed reports. Your role will include supporting patent drafting, conducting freedom-to-operate (FTO) and invalidity searches, and assisting in IP strategy development for clients. You will work closely with patent attorneys and technical experts across various domains to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform prior art, patentability, FTO, and invalidity searches.
- Analyze patents, technical publications, and product information.
- Support the preparation and drafting of patent applications.
- Prepare search and analysis reports with clear, concise findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IP strategy and portfolio management.
- Strong technical, analytical and writing skills
- B.Tech (Mechanical/EEE/ECE
- Freshers are most welcome
- Experience: 0-2 years
