Full job description
● Managing the CRM Team while understanding their day to day functioning..
● Come up and implement the best way of importing existing data and digital assets.
● Execute the implementation plan: Make the Project/Task/Account live within the promised
timeframe.
● Be a single point of contact for the company’s stakeholder on implementation including any
integrations.
● Communicate work status to company stakeholders/ Sales Managers and internal team on a
regular interval basis.
● Work with Sales and company stakeholders teams to ensure that they understand any
customizations done or unique needs served for the company.
● Work closely with the multiple vendors for API integration, dialler integration team to share
feedback and for post-implementation reviews.
● Track key metrics and KPIs related to implementation success.
● Identify implementation areas that can be automated and work with the sales or stakeholder teams
to automate them.
● Manage data flows, data mapping & segmentation, data entry, data reporting, maintenance, and
cleaning
● Creating and Developing team, Giving them basic understanding & Training.
● A Business Intelligence Developer with strong experience using Power BI.
● The ideal candidate will have a strong background using the full Microsoft BI Stack with special focus
on Reporting, Data Analysis and Data Visualisation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
