Job Title: System Administrator Trainee

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic System Administrator Trainee to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of IT systems, networking, and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in System Maintenance:
Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
Perform routine system monitoring, ensuring the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, and key processes.
Support and Troubleshooting:
Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, networking, and system issues.
Provide technical support to end-users, addressing and resolving their IT-related problems.
Network Management:
Help in maintaining network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
Support in monitoring network performance and security, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Backup and Recovery:
Assist in executing data backup and recovery plans.
Support in maintaining backup systems and ensuring data integrity and availability.
Documentation:
Help in creating and maintaining system documentation, including configuration details and troubleshooting procedures.
Keep records of IT assets and their status.
Security:
Assist in implementing and managing security measures, including antivirus solutions and firewall configurations.
Support in monitoring security logs and addressing potential security threats.
Continuous Learning:
Stay updated with the latest developments in IT and system administration.
Participate in training sessions and certifications as required.
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: Previous internship or coursework in IT, networking, or system administration is a plus.
Skills:
Basic understanding of computer networks, hardware, and software.
Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
