Job Description: DevOps Engineer (Fresher)

Responsibilities:

Assist in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines for seamless software delivery.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand deployment and operational requirements.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize system performance, ensuring high availability and scalability.

Support automation initiatives for infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and application deployments.

Learn and contribute to cloud platform management (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).

Ensure system security and compliance by implementing best practices in access control, monitoring, and patching.

Document processes, configurations, and solutions to build a comprehensive knowledge base.

Essential Skills:

Basic understanding of Linux/Unix systems.

Familiarity with scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.

Knowledge of version control systems like Git.

Understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.

Good to Have:

Awareness of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Basic knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.

Understanding of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
