Job Description:
As a Paralegal Executive at Ennoble IP, you will provide legal and administrative support in the management of intellectual property (IP) matters, particularly patents and trademarks. You will handle documentation, filing, and compliance activities related to IP prosecution and maintenance, ensuring timely and accurate execution of IP processes. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with attorneys, associates, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and file patent and trademark applications with relevant IP offices (e.g., IPO, WIPO, USPTO).
- Manage docketing and track deadlines for IP filings, renewals, and responses.
- Assist in preparing legal documents, correspondence, and forms related to IP prosecution.
- Maintain accurate IP records and client databases.
- Liaise with clients, patent attorneys, and government agencies for procedural updates and requirements.
Qualifications:
- B.Com/BBA/BCA
- Freshers are welcome
