Job Description
below mentioned role is for RTO operations which is related to our lending business Managing the RC transfer process for used cars in a region 1. Evaluation & verification of transfer documents 2. Management of RC transfer documents & handover to external agency for RC transfer 3. Discussing with external agency to confirm the cost involved per case 4. Coordinating with External agency to ensure timely transfer of RC 5. Resolving all issues related to RC transfer 6. Adherence to RC management system, updating the status of cases on regular basis 7. Reconciling closed cases with concerned stakeholders on periodic basis 8. Communication & Stakeholder Management 9. Following up with concerned persons in-case of any document unavailable, or any unforeseen issue 10. Publishing report or MIS on periodic basis to share updates on open- cases Key Performance Indicators: 1.No. of RC transfers done in a month 2.Closing of cases within identified buckets 3.Deferral updation on title box 4.No. of escalation for PDD update from sales team B2B Business where freshers can be considered or can be taken interns and converted to full time basis performance : QC exec and ops exec.
