Job Description:
- Supervise and manage the installation of solar PV systems on residential, commercial, or industrial sites.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for solar installations.
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, electricians, and other technical staff.
- Perform testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting of installed systems.
- Maintain project documentation, including reports and site logs.
- Ensure adherence to local regulations and permit requirements.
Key Requirements:
1. Diploma/BTech in Electrical
2. 1-3 years of solar installation experience
3. Strong technical and communication skills
4. Willingness to travel to project sites
