Key Responsibilities
– Handle customer queries through phone in a clear and professional manner.
– Provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly.
– Follow standard operating procedures and maintain high-quality standards.
– Document interactions and escalate issues to the relevant teams when needed.
– Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely support.
– Work collaboratively with peers and report to the team leader/manager.
– Fresh graduates (Any stream) with strong communication skills
– Comfortable with night shifts.
– Excellent command of spoken and written English
– Basic computer knowledge and good typing speed
– Positive attitude and willingness to learn
– Immediate joiners preferred
