About the Role:
Suretek Infosoft Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and motivated Software Engineer (PHP Developer) to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in PHP development, a solid understanding of MySQL, and familiarity with at least one PHP framework (e.g., CodeIgniter, Zend, CakePHP). You will be responsible for building high-quality web applications and maintaining scalable backend systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable PHP code.
- Integrate front-end elements developed by your teammates into applications.
- Design and maintain MySQL database schemas that represent and support business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address issues.
- Write clean, well-documented code following industry best practices.
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in PHP with a good understanding of its ecosystems.
- Good understanding of MySQL database and query optimization.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Ajax, and web technologies.
- Hands-on experience with at least one PHP framework such as Zend, CodeIgniter, or CakePHP.
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git is a plus.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services integration.
