- Identify and engage with potential clients and partners in international markets.
- Present and promote uCertify’s learning solutions to prospective customers.
- Assist in managing client accounts, responding to inquiries, and providing product information.
- Support the international sales team in developing and executing sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
