Data Reporting Analyst

Job Summary:

The Data Reporting Executive is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and reporting data to support business operations and strategic decision-making. This role involves creating detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations that provide insights into various aspects of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Collection and Analysis:

– Collect and analyze data from various sources to provide accurate and timely reports.

– Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data to support business decisions.

– Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing regular data validation and quality checks.

2. Report Generation:

– Develop and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

– Create ad-hoc reports as required by different departments.

– Use data visualization tools to present data in a clear and actionable manner.

3. Collaboration:

– Work closely with different stakeholders to understand their data needs and requirements.

– Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

– Support teams in interpreting and using data effectively for their operations.

4. Data Management:

– Maintain databases and data systems to ensure they are up-to-date and accessible.

– Implement data governance policies and procedures.

– Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.

5. Process Improvement:

– Identify opportunities to improve data collection and reporting processes.

– Develop and implement best practices for data reporting and analysis.

– Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data reporting and analytics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

– Education: Bachelor’s degree / B.Tech / B.E.

– Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar role.

– Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

– Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

– Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.

– Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey data insights effectively.

– Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 11 months

Pay: ₹600,000.00 – ₹700,000.00 per year
