01

Getting started

JobLog By Baudhyantram brings job discovery, career preparation, and trusted information into one place.

  1. Create your account. Choose Create account, enter your name, email, and password, then follow the verification instructions.
  2. Complete your profile. Add your location, education, skills, and preferences so opportunities are easier to evaluate.
  3. Explore the portal. Use the main navigation to browse government jobs, private jobs, exams, community discussions, and career tools available to your account.
02

Find and manage opportunities

Use Find jobs for one search across available opportunities, or browse Government jobs and Private jobs separately.

Search clearly

Search by role, organisation, location, employment type, or work mode. Open a result to review eligibility, dates, source details, and the application route.

Save for later

Sign in and save opportunities you want to revisit. Saved jobs and comparisons are available from your dashboard.

Set an alert

Create a search alert from your candidate workspace to receive notifications when matching opportunities are found. You can pause, edit, or delete alerts anytime.

Apply carefully

Read the official source and closing date before applying. JobLog By Baudhyantram helps you discover opportunities; applications may continue on the organisation’s official website.

03

Use your candidate dashboard

Your dashboard is your private workspace. It is available after you sign in and is designed to keep your job search in one place.

  • ProfileKeep your career details current.
  • Saved jobsReturn to opportunities you are considering.
  • ApplicationsRecord progress and update your own tracking notes.
  • DocumentsManage career documents privately and remove them when no longer needed.
  • AlertsControl matching searches and notification preferences.
04

Prepare for your next step

Visit Exams & results to browse learning and examination information. When enabled for your account, Career tools can help you practise, build study plans, draft resume content, and prepare interview answers.

Use AI as a companion, not an authority. Check important eligibility, dates, fees, and application instructions against the official source before making a decision.

05

For recruiters and organisations

Recruiters can use the recruiter workspace to manage verified company information, prepare private job listings, submit them for review, and work with candidate applications when the required access is enabled.

  1. Register and request access. Use an organisation email and provide accurate company details.
  2. Keep listings complete. Include responsibilities, qualifications, location, employment type, compensation information where appropriate, and a genuine application route.
  3. Wait for review. Listings are not public until the platform’s review and publishing process is complete.
06

Stay safe and get help

Verify before you act. Never pay a person who promises a job, share an OTP or password, or send identity documents to an unverified contact. Open the official source from the listing and confirm the details yourself.

Protect your account. Use a unique password, sign out on shared devices, and contact support if you notice unusual activity. JobLog By Baudhyantram keeps candidate information private by default.

Report a concern. If a listing, organisation, question, or message looks misleading or unsafe, use the available report action or visit Contact for assistance.
